Main functions of the control system:
- Detection of the presence and position of the workpiece on the conveyor.
- Generation of control signals for the pressure units of the grinding belts (3 grinding zones with 33 pressure units each).
- Data collection and processing of the machine’s electro-automation status.
- Generation of control signals for the machine’s electro-automation.
- Visualization of the machine’s elements status.
- Setting of working parameters.
